FULLY RENOVATED FALL 2025 – this property is now a beautifully refreshed coastal retreat in the heart of Rosemary Beach which was on the 2025 Christmas Tour of Homes. An additional seating area with four plush swivel chairs allows for separate entertainment for adults and children. The first floor also includes a twin bunk room with full bath along with a full-size washer & dryer. French doors lead to the beautifully renovated large outdoor living area complete with IPE deck, surrounding an inviting plunge pool, complete with a stainless-steel outdoor kitchen, grill and fire pit. The comfortable outdoor seating and teak wood lounge furniture makes it easy to spend long afternoons swimming, grilling or gathering under the stars in this meticulously landscaped sanctuary. The outdoor space combines coastal charm and modern luxury – a true outdoor oasis for your Rosemary Beach stay.
