Summary: Oldest hotel in Durango and in a good location. However, this place is in need of serious room updating and should have better amenities for the price. The hollow doors are lame and the bathroom was uncomfortable, even though we are small people. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The concept is awesome-- keeping the "wild west" vibe--but modernity should be considered, as well. I'm on vacation and I want to feel like I'm getting a 2025 vacation hotel experience, not 1925, which is around the time I'm guessing our room was fully remodeled.
