The freshly painted exterior (2024) of Shayna Playa is paired with inviting brick accents which provide for an eye-catching contrast within its lush surroundings. While guests never have to travel far from Shayna Playa to find exciting stops to explore, there's also plenty of fun to be found right on-site. This home features two sprawling front porches to relax, sip coffee and enjoy conversation with friends. The backyard is equipped with a private swimming pool (12x24) which can be heated for an additional fee of $45/night. Lounge chairs are settled around the pool and a poolside gas grill offers up a chance to make for a savory alfresco moment during any stay.
Interior Amenities
Space, light, and a collection of tasteful furnishings are yours to enjoy from the moment you step through the door of Shayna Playa. An open concept design with high ceilings and a combination of hardwood floors and tile flooring throughout makes for easy entertaining. The living room in this home away from home features two cozy gray sofas settled around a sleek gray coffee table and in front of a large flat-screen television when guests are up for some added entertainment. A collection of board games is found stocked in the living room, ideal for enjoying some friendly competition while the chef amongst your group prepares a savory meal in the fully equipped kitchen. This culinary space pairs white cabinetry with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops matched with a white tile backsplash. When it's time to enjoy a meal, the dining room table is suitable for eight guests with additional dining on the screen porch for four.
Getting a rest is simple in Shayna Playa. While all of the bedrooms are inviting, the oversized primary suite upstairs hosts a king bed, oversized walk-in-closet and massive luxury en suite bath with double vanity. The primary bedroom also has a private entrance to a spacious porch. Also located on the second level are two guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress and the second guest bedroom offers twin over twin bunk bed perfect for your younger guests. A third guest bedroom is located on the main living level which has private access to a full bath with secondary access to the hallway. While the cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, there is space for two additional guests on the large futon located in the sitting room for a total occupancy of 10 guests.
