Only 75 minutes from Seattle, unwind in our hot tub with a spectacular view on a huge private deck. You’ll take in the sweeping views and stunning sunsets from Peoh Point to the Cascades to the Stuart Mountains. At night the stars come out for incredible stargazing. And with backyard access to the Iron Horse Trail and the Yakima River to snowshoe, fish, bike, hike, float, jog and explore, it’s all right here all year.
This is River 'n Trails Cabin, the perfect getaway to enjoy the spectacular great outdoors year ‘round, or to just get away from it all.
Sleeps 12 guests comfortably in an easy, flowing home on 3-acres. River 'n Trails Cabin is approximately 2,000 square feet with lots of natural light featuring 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 bunks and a Queen sofa sleeper. We have recently upgraded our Wifi with Starlink and now have blazing fast internet for multiple devices. There is a large, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and a dining room table for 6 in the great room. You’ll have space to breathe yet you’re just a couple of miles to downtown Cle Elum and Roslyn, a couple of the most historic and charming towns in all of Washington State.
The Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail (f.k.a. - Iron Horse Trail)is perfect for snowshoeing, leisurely walks, jogging or bike rides, and direct access to Yakima River—the premier trout fishing river in Washington—for fly fishing or floating just 40 yards from our property. There is bank access to a lot of wade-able fishing adjacent to our property.
The river in front of our property is braided with access to smaller water in addition to the main channel of the river. Or bring a bike and ride down the trail for miles of river access. In addition, there are local guide services for a day of some of the best trout fishing in the state.
The ping pong table, horseshoe pit, foosball, 3 adult bikes and a children's bike help make fun easy! Golf is nearby at Sun Country or Suncadia. In the winter, you can cross country ski or snowshoe for miles from the backyard on the Iron Horse Trail.
Take advantage of the events in Ellensburg just 30 minutes away. It’s only 45 minutes to Leavenworth or just 35 minutes to Snoqualmie.
Or never leave the property, enjoy the hot tub, stove fireplace and stunning views.
Either way, River ‘n Trails will be a magic destination that you’ll want to return to again and again.
