This just renovated property includes new kitchen cabinets, leathered granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. You`ll enter the space into an open kitchen / living area with a countertop island great for dining. New flooring is found throughout the unit, as well as a redesigned bathroom with new vanity, backlit/anti fog mirror, toilet, and walk-in shower featuring large format tiles and rain shower head. Enjoy a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, hanging rods and new washer and dryer. The furniture and decor were all just purchased for this space, and we`ve provided all the amenities you`ll need for your stay. On the exterior, enjoy our new brick courtyard with fireplace, outdoor seating, dining and games.
Guests have private access to the entire unit, as well as shared access to the courtyard, including the fireplace and seating and dining areas.

We hold strict quiet hours after 10pm and expect guests to be mindful of their neighbors after this time, especially if enjoying the outdoor patio area after this time.
We love our furry guests, but they are not allowed on furniture and must be crated with left alone. We also expect pet owners to clean up after their pets.
Free street parking. Please park on College Ave. and use pedestrian walkways in front of building. Please note: Parking lot is reserved for long-term tenants.
As we do try to provide as many amenities as we can and in order to keep our prices as fair as possible - we have reasonable additional guest fees, so please make sure the guest count is correct.

We try and create a hotel-like feel with our all-white linens. Should any bed or bath linens be permanently stained at the end of your visit, you will be charge according to the following fee schedule:
