● Location: There are four units on this property. This unit is unit B
● Parking: Please use the designated parking spot for unit B at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. Do not block the driveway. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street. If your designated spot is occupied, please park on the street overnight and we will address the situation in the morning.
● Backyard: The backyard is used for parking.
● Climate Control: The unit has a mini split with the remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
● Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
● Noise potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have three other units in the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.
Please add your pet in the reservation if you plan to bring them. Dogs only. Up to two dogs max. $35 per dog, per stay.
We do not offer streaming services or cable TV. We provide the television, so please feel free to log in to your own streaming service account, and remember to log out when you check out.

We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.

Weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

-Please add your pet in the reservation (We just allow Dog only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.
- Kindly be aware that the fireplace in this unit's living area is purely decorative and cannot be utilized. We kindly request that you refrain from attempting to use it.
