Walk up a flight of stairs for 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each with its quaint quality to enjoy this Waterville Estates Home.
Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee of $25/day on Weekends (Friday-Sunday) and $15/day for Monday- Thursday.
There you can enjoy the 2 indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room and bar area. There are also basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! The Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals. In the winter, enjoy the ice skating pond. Also, there are plenty of cross country and walking trails throughout the Estates. Plenty to do for the entire family!
Waterville Valley is only 10 minutes away, and if you are hoping to spice up your ski vacation with other options, Cannon and Loon are only 20 minutes away. For those more inclined to summer activities, there is plenty of golfing to choose from too- Owl's Nest less than 10 minutes away! Or Highland Links is 20 minutes away. There is also White Mountain Golf 25 minutes away. Great Family Resort that will keep you busy throughout your stay, not to mention the White Mountain Atmosphere is always there to enjoy!
