Note: There is ongoing construction to update the elevators and balconies through 2025. There has been some damage to the grounds from the recent hurricane so currently the pool area is closed.
Enjoy this 1200 sq foot 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo with a great view of the beach from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony. One reserved parking spot is located near the front entrance of the building. Building security includes key entry and evening security guard. A shared pool area has a large pool, hot tub, sun chairs, tables with umbrellas, bathrooms, and tennis court. A shared sauna is also available in the main building. There is a 2 week minimum stay. Signed agreements must be received at least 8 days prior to arrival per our condominium association rules.
In our condo you can:
-Sleep in a king size master bed while listening to the sounds of the waves.
-Eat on a granite top breakfast bar while looking at the water.
-Walk on Italian tile in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms or on carpet in the bedrooms and living room.
-Watch the 55in Smart TV from the living room, dining room, breakfast bar, and even the balcony.
-Wash and dry your clothes inside the condo.
-Stay in touch with family and friends via Wireless internet and free long-distance phone calls to US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
