I am the owner of this two-story condo located in downtown Boulder only 1.5 blocks from dozens of shops, restaurants, and pubs along historic Pearl Street Mall. This fully-furnished 1255 sqft unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, remodeled kitchen/bath/floors, and plenty of sunlight. The home is one of four units in a four-plex with common courtyard, and grill.

I am a Super Host on the other site.
There are NO shared walls with other living spaces and neighbors are friendly and courteous.
One parking space is included and there is also a free (shared) washer and dryer.
Unit fits 3-4 people on a long term basis.

Pets are negotiable. Smoking is prohibited on the property at all times.
