Summary: I have stayed in multiple Extended Stay America places and I was surprised to see that this place had no utensils within the room or utensils to check out for the stay available. When asked about them, they said that I could purchase a set to keep but they had none available for us. This was totally unexpected! This made the kitchen totally unusable for us and we ended up eating outside for all meals. In addition, there were only two sets of towels even though we reserved for three people. We did not request an extra set since it was already very late. The value of this hotel is not good. They need to lower the price much more to meet the lower service and lower product quality for this establishment.
