The spacious open-concept floor plan will immediately allow guests to feel like you have just entered your own beach home away from home. Newly furnished and updated in many areas and boasting newly installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout the cottage, this is a fantastic family getaway!
The large living area features a 65" HD Smart TV with plenty of seating with a sectional sofa with love seat. Guests can spend time watching the game or a movie. The game table is a great place to gather as well! The dining area has plenty of room for guests to enjoy meals around the dining table that has seating for 8 guests. The kitchen space has been remodeled with new countertops, a sink, and a new kitchen faucet.
Guests will be able to enjoy a primary bedroom suite with a king bed, an HD Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, HD TVs, and large walk-in closets. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin beds and one full bed on top. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. All three bedrooms have newly installed luxury vinyl flooring.
The large private and fenced-in backyard area features a beautiful 16'x32' pool (pool heating available for an additional fee of $75 / night), and the new brick paver patio space is a great space to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy grilling your catch of the day on the Weber gas grill around friends and family who can relax on the comfortable outdoor seating and dining areas.
