This mountain-view home belongs to Waterville Estates, where you will find abundant entertaining amenities, including hiking/skiing trails, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports courts (basketball, volleyball, and tennis), a game room, a fitness center, lockers, a rec center, a BBQ area, and a pond with a sandy beach.
This darling retreat is conveniently located in the heart of the White Mountains with Campton Mountain Ski Area less than a mile away, making all of your snowy dreams a reality! In the warmer months, you can enjoy the many outdoor amenities at the rec center, hiking the Welch-Dickey Trailhead and Polar Caves Park. Other great places to visit include White Mountain Disc Golf, The Flying Monkey, Polar Caves Park, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, Alpine Adventures, and Hobo Railroad.
The main level boasts an open kitchen with all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces, a dining area, and a welcoming living room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. It's a wonderful spot to unwind with the family, stream favorite movies, and simply relax. There is a 10x15 deck off the main level, which also offers a great spot to relax while sipping on your morning coffee or cold beverages, grilling, and taking in the impressive mountain views.
