This 1 bedroom / 1 bath has a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The apartment sleeps 4 adults. It has an HDTV, high-speed wifi, full size washer / dryer, high thread count sheets, soft towels, full kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances and gorgeous hardwood floors. The Rosedale pool & park is a short walk. The park was recently updated and has full tennis courts, basketball court and a free swimming pool in the summer. If you have kids, then the kids playground is amazing.
