The space
The house is in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll have access to the entire level of this 1, 250 sq. ft. single-family home with Direct TV internet services. Upon entering, you will see a welcoming combined living room/dining area. The sofa holds a queen size memory foam bed. There are three bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom/bathroom with a king size bed. The other two rooms have queen size beds and desks for work, reading, or the imagination. All the rooms, inclusive of the living room have flat screen tv’s with Roku remotes, remote controlled ceiling fans, and closet space.

Guests have access to the entire level. There are two doors marked “no entry” for storage and cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
There’s an outdoor hot tub under an awning in the backyard with outside seating. Guests are to wipe their feet off before entering the hot tub (this keeps the hot tub clean). Towels are provided for the hot tub. We ask our guests to pardon our dust in the backyard area as we are in the blueprint stage of prepping for renovation.
