This is a new, modern guesthouse behind the main house. We live in the main house. The entire cute guesthouse with the entrance on the side is yours. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath room, a living room and kitchen. You will have 1 reserve parking spaces in front of the guest house entrance gate, and plenty of parking on the street. The house is close to everything. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It is ideal for family of 4 to 6 people (750 sq feet) but it has enough bed for 8 if need
