This charming and stylish, refurbished 1940's beach cottage is a 5 min walk from Carpinteria State Beach or the heart and historic area of this quintessential surf town.
The cottage features tasteful furnishings and decor that reflects the beach community and heritage of Carpinteria. Our favorite is sipping coffee on the front porch under the magnolia tree while looking at the rose colored mountains of Califiornia. The home has a working fireplace, strong wifi, expansive backyard with BBQ and playground in addition to all the comforts of home. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a full. A lovely sunroom provides space and sun for working during your stay. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker and full oven.
