Getting Around:
Getting around is quick and easy. The apartment is situated between major access highways: 290 (south) and Mopac (west) as well as major local road Lamar, with great food and shopping all around. Downtown Austin is just 3.5 miles down the road. There is FREE parking on-premise.

This home has a SPECTACULAR view of Downtown, as it's tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1 or SXSW.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.

This is on the third floor and will require stairs.

This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.

Especially when it's hot, Austin does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Note: As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may not work properly, but rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on daily inspection

There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as noise detector inside the property.
