Summary: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, with decent pillows, although they were too soft and tended to lose shape. The air conditioning worked adequately. Breakfast was acceptable, but there were some drawbacks. Milk was only available in a shared gallon container with no individual servings, and only whole milk was offered with no alternatives. The coffee was not hot enough. Cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. We found long hair under the bed sheets, and the room overall did not feel properly cleaned. The towels were very rough. The shower gel smelled good but was almost empty, and the body lotion had a very nasty smell like an old expired lotion. The shower design was also awful, there is no curtain and a lot of water spills onto the floor during showers. Lighting in the room was poor. There were also several cracks in the ceiling, and the popcorn ceiling was visibly falling off in places, adding to the overall sense that the property is run-down and in need of maintenance.
