Safe, quiet part of downtown puts you steps from gorgeous antebellum mansions, Waterfront Park, Spanish Moss biking/walking trail, Civil War Cemetery, Downtown Marina, delightful shops, galleries and restaurants. Short drive to: Parris Island (10 min.), Marine Corps Air Station (10 min.), Hunting Island State Park & Lighthouse (30 min.), Hilton Head Island (45 min.)
This two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6 comfortably. (Extra sleeping is accessible by using couch and sleeping bags.) Master bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to upstairs bath plus second TV hooked to DirecTV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Third bedroom downstairs has queen bed, dresser, gas fireplace and bathroom en suite. (Two couples renting this townhouse will find their own luxury bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms,)
