Located on a quiet suburban cul-de-sac, it offers convenience, privacy, style, and lots of space for your group. Stay in and watch a movie or have a comfortable place to rest after a day exploring all Colorado has to offer.
A charcoal grill is available in the backyard for guest use. Please bring your own charcoal and lighters for grilling.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

MAIN FLOOR
As you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted by the stunning granite kitchen island with seating for 6! A beautiful feature of this kitchen is the gorgeous copper farmhouse sink. Stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator are all available for your cooking needs. The kitchen is complete with a coffee maker, coffee & tea, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and all cooking utensils you should need during your stay.
To the right of the large kitchen is the bright and tranquil living room that features a cream-colored leather sectional, modern coffee table, and extra lounge chairs for your group to settle down and enjoy a movie on the large mounted Smart TV that can be pivoted to face both the living room and kitchen! Modern, Bohemian accents make this living space comfortable, plush, and inviting.
Just down the hall past the kitchen is the second living space complete with a futon, comfy chairs, a plush bean bag, and a large coffee table stocked with tons of board games. Lose track of time playing the retro PAC MAN standing arcade game or stream one of your favorite shows on the 65” Smart TV! Just off this room you’ll find the laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use.
Off the hall, you’ll find the main floor half bath that is roomy and well decorated - with a toilet and sink for convenient use.
A back door leads into the back and side yards. Outside you will find many things to entertain your group and plenty of seating for everyone. Sip a cup of coffee and read a good book in front of the fire-pit or visit with your group around the patio furniture. A swing set and small playhouse round out the backyard and will keep the kiddos busy for hours! GRILL?
SECOND FLOOR
Upstairs you will find four beautiful bedrooms complete with plush mattresses, soft linens, and room darkening shades for your ultimate comfort. Two bathrooms provide plenty of space for your group to get ready for the day’s adventures.
BEDROOMS
The light filled Master Bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and a corner reading nook. A large walk-in closet with plenty of room for your belongings, and small ensuite bathroom are attached. The bathroom features a walk in closet, vanity, sink and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and essentials are provided during your stay.
Down the hall you will find a second bedroom featuring a queen size bed. Nightstands, lamps, and a closet with shelving, hangers, and a luggage rack are available for your use.
The third bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a plush queen size bed, large windows with black out curtains, night stands and a closet with shelving for your belongings.
The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids. Stocked with tons of books and toys for their enjoyment, and equipped with a single twin bed and a twin / full bunk bed combo, they may never leave! A pack-n-play is included as well for the little ones.
BATHROOMS
The second upstairs bathroom is conveniently located in between the three other bedrooms. It features a vanity, sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo. Toiletries and essentials are available for your group’s use during your stay.
LOCATION
Just minutes from Denver Metros main highways, you will have quick and easy access to Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder as well as the foothills/mountains. This home is a short drive to boutique shops and highly-rated restaurants in Olde Town Arvada!
