Summary:
Situated on the Puget Sound, Casanora Views is an ideal retreat on a hillside in Port Orchard. This recently renovated home has panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains, Bremerton/Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound, & exhilarating holiday fireworks. Meticulous care to style the home in the most hospitable and inviting manner were taken. The waterfront deck is ideal for creating unforgettable memories with cherished partners, family, and/or friends.
The Space:
Casanora Views is the sister property of Casanora Sonida, that is available for bookings.
The waterfront property has a double deck that displays a sweeping 180° view of the majestic Olympic Mountains, skyline of Bremerton & the Naval Shipyard, mesmerizing sunsets, and firework shows on New Year's Eve and July 4th. A heat lamp, fireplace table, propane & charcoal grills, & comfortable outdoor seating are located on the upper deck. A fireplace table and 2 lounge chaises are located on the covered lower deck. The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel luxury appliances & a spacious island for entertaining in the open concept upper space area. Executive bedrooms with quality bedding assist with having restful nights. An adjoining bathroom on the upper level provides additional comfort and a bathroom with a tub is on the lower level.
The lower space features an equally down appointed queen sized bed in a more spacious bedroom. Like the upper area, a queen sized sofa bed is available in the living area. In total 8 guests can be accommodated. A newly appointed bathroom with a tub, provides more use for additional guests. A second covered deck has outdoor chaise lounge chairs and table fireplace. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are stored in a container on the lower level deck.
Pets and smoking/vaping are not permissible inside or outside the home. If evidence of either are discovered, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed. Individuals wanting to have 1 pet, should anticipate a $500 (min.) pet deposit. Individuals with a pet who want to reserve the home are encouraged to contact the host prior to making a reservation.
Casanora Sonida, the sister property of Casanora Views, is a 1224 sq. ft. home. It has 2 bedroom & 1 bath in the Manchester area of Port Orchard. It too has breathtaking views, but of the western horizon. Unbelievable sunrises, the Cascade Mountains, Bainbridge Island, Blake Island/Tillicum Village, West Seattle, and the amazing downtown Seattle city skyline will are breathtaking. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home. One bedroom and one bathroom with a sofa bed couch on the upper and lower levels.
The Neighborhood:
Safe and quiet neighborhood with accessibility to many areas that are equally accommodating. Home is private and is located on a road with medium to light traffic during the daytime. Guest should use caution when backing out of driveway onto road. Some possible road noise from a roadway below home.
Getting Around:
Easy access to Seattle, Southworth, Bremerton, Kingston, Sequim, Port Angeles, Victoria, British Columbia via SR-16 and ferries. Driveway accommodates 3 - 4 vehicles.
There is access to SR16 and Seattle⇄Bremerton ferries. These travel ways allow access to Seattle's waterfront, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, professional (NFL, MLB, & NHL) games, MoPoP, parks & many more attractions throughout Washington, Oregon, & Canada.
- 1 mile from downtown Port Orchard with access to a passenger ferry to Bremerton, boat launches, waterfront parks, kayak & SUP rentals and wonderful dining options!
- 15 minutes to Southworth and Seattle ferry terminals, passenger ferry to downtown Seattle, Vashon Island, and West Seattle.
- 30 minutes to Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton and much more!
