Isla del Sol is a beautiful island community on a tropical barrier island at the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg, one mile from St. Pete Beach. This fourth floor condo has been totally redecorated and is highlighted by stunning views of Boca Ciega Bay. There are brilliant views of the bay with the famous Don Cesar Hotel to the west and Tierra Verde to the southwest with all the boating and wildlife known to the area.
The open floor plan has a magnificent water view from the fabulous living area - sliding glass doors facing to the west and windows all along the south as we are an end unit. The fully equipped kitchen has all new tableware, glasses, and small appliances. The living room has a new 55" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV and a full water view leading to the balcony where you can sit and relax, enjoy the calm waters of the bay and the gorgeous sunsets.
The master bedroom has a brand new king size Simmons Beauty Rest mattress and all new furniture as well as a new 44" LG UHD Smart TV. In addition, it has the same gorgeous view of the Bay with sliding glass doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom has the same furniture and TV as the master bedroom.
For your added convenience, there are a full-sized washer and dryer, an assigned parking space, and an elevator.

It is home to the Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club which offers membership packages to meet the needs of seasonal guests. The island is just minutes from the warm torquoise waters of St. Pete Beach. The condo is just minutes from the attractions of Fort de Soto Park, named one of the Nation's Best Beaches. The park includes ferry service to Egmont Key, campgrounds, fishing piers, beaches, and wildlife.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules: one week off-season with one month minimum in January, February, and March. No pets are allowed. Scheduled check out is 10am and check in is 4pm BUT the owners try to be flexible as long as there is not a same-day turnover.
