Charming remodeled split entry newly furnished home with a kitchen on each floor, six bedrooms, and three bathrooms, sleeps 12 comfortably. Small workout room with an elliptical trainer, located in the laundry room. Fenced in large backyard with delightful patio, bbq grill, plenty of seating and fireplace. Excellent central location it is easy to drive to ski resorts, quick drive downtown, to the University of Utah and located near St. Marks Hospital.
The inside space
The entire house has been remodeled, designed for comfort. Featuring six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two complete kitchens, two living room areas, a laundry room an elliptical trainer in it, a large backyard with two patios. This home is just right for a large family, work group, or for a friends vacation. The downstairs area has two entrances.
Google Fiber is installed for excellent, fast, internet. There is a game cupboard with cards, several games, puzzles, colored pencils and paper, and books. Please feel free to keep any book that you are interested in. Bedrooms have excellent SERTA mattresses with fresh white linens that are meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest's stay. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, black make-up removal washcloths and large plush white towels.
Guest access
There are three entrances into the house so that guests arriving late may enter without bothering others guests in your party. Parking is available in the driveway, and on the street. All cars must park in the driveway if snow is expected overnight.

Make sure that you follow all the house rules. Breaking the rules will forfeit the deposit and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely no loud music or partying will be tolerated. This is a very quiet, comfortable neighborhood and the neighbors expect to enjoy their peaceful surroundings.
