Size is 1340 square feet, has a gas fireplace and a screened in back porch area. Back yard is fully landscaped with beautiful shaded areas. Completely furnished, all utilities included, washer/dryer, linens/towels, pots/pans/silverware, everything you need to just bring your clothes and move in. Community recreation center is right around the corner and has two large swimming pools (one heated), one kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, fitness room, pool table room, barbeque grills, horseshoe pit. No 'sharing' required - this is for the whole house, not just one room.
