✫ Parking is very tight and oversized vehicles/trucks may be a close fit. There is one designated off-street parking spot labeled for the unit. Street parking is free, available first come first serve, directly across the street from the unit.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Note: Absolutely no fires on the property or in the communal space. A $500 penalty will be applied if this rule is violated.
FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
