This casual, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath 1,340 sq. ft 2-story townhome sits right on the Bay in Mission Beach, and is also just 1 block from the shimmering Pacific, so you always have a choice of which salt-water experience to have. Paddle boarding or sailing on the bay, or surfing, volleyball and people watching on the ocean boardwalk.
With this home’s 2 private outdoor balconies that sit over the bay, and a west facing shared patio you will have stunning views of the bay and an outstanding perch for watching the SeaWorld fireworks on summer nights. Lots of places to enjoy morning coffee as you plan your day, or an evening toast to enjoying the good life while you watch the fireworks.
This “laidback” area of San Diego is perfect if you prefer an easy, no-fuss seaside vacation with easy walkability to grocery stores, and a good selection of restaurants and bars from beer and pizza to steaks and cider.
This home is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, accessible via a staircase. Go right as you enter and there will be a 1/2 bath, then a great room with dining for 6. The living room area has a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, a fireplace, ceiling fans, and slider access to a balcony with 2 comfortable outside chairs and a small table. The best views in the house!
Go left from the staircase and you will be in a modern kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. There are 3 high-top stools at the kitchen bar and a separate high-top table with 2 chairs so everyone can easily hang out together here. A ceiling fan keeps things comfortable.
Go up the interior stairs, where you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom, to the left, has a king adjustable bed, a flat screen TV, a comfortable chair, a ceiling fan, and a 2 -person bench and small table on its private bay view balcony. It also has an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower.
To the right of the stairs is the hall bath with a shower/tub combination. As you enter the 2nd bedroom there is a full size stackable washer and dryer; beyond them there are twin bunk beds and a full bed, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and sliders to the 2nd shared balcony.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum capacity of 6. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, and 2 small carport tandem parking spots. Each room also has a ceiling fan.
