This home is conveniently located within yards of the Assawoman Canal, just one-and-a-half miles from Bethany Beach. Bring your canoe, kayak, and bikes and enjoy the surroundings. It is a 10-15 minute bike ride to the shops at Marketplace and the beaches in downtown Bethany. Guests have easy access to grocery stores, golf courses, state parks, and other area attractions that make this community a nice vacation destination. This multilevel beach property is elevated and offers an outside shower and parking on the ground level for four cars. The second level has living, dining, and kitchen areas, a front and back deck, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Level three offers a bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting area. This home is a comfortable beach cottage.
