Cozy, quiet neighborhood near Wonderland Lake with trails for biking, hiking and strolling. Pet sitter and catering is available! Home is bright and comfortable, the master suite has a king size bed, 42' T.V and comfy chairs. On the same floor is the second bedroom with a queen bed. Main floor has living and dining room with cathedral ceiling, full kitchen with smaller TV, 1/2 bath and the laundry 1/2 a level down. Back deck is perfect for a relaxing end of the day meal with a nice evening view.
Garage for bikes and strollers. One car can park in the driveway. Owners are sometimes living in the apartment off the garage/laundry room depending on your dates. Spaces are very separate and we never come in your space.
Very convenient bus or drive 5 minutes to Boulder. We have the greatest combo of mountain access one block to the west and one block to the east we have a great coffee shop, bakery, market, 3 restaurants (Italian, Chinese, and all American). Easy access to Highway 36: Denver and Estes Park. You are within walking distance to a park, North Boulder Market, 3 restaurants and one block to the bus. It's easy to get to the University, downtown, Pearl Street, Chautauqua Park and the Boulder Reservoir. It is not uncommon to see deer roaming the streets, and the birds love us.
The house has wireless internet. Fenced-in back yard with deck and gas grill. The house is fully furnished with everything you will need to make yourself comfortable, including linens & towels. Although Boulder offers lots of entertainment options, you might also want to relax at your home away from home.
Seven night minimum. No smoking. Sorry no cats. Small hypoallergenic dogs negotiable.
