This condo was recently updated with all new lighting, TV's, and fresh paint. Guests love the walkability of the condo which has a 90+ "Walk Score" ! A great place to go back to after a day out walking, riding, running, surfing, or just hanging at the beach. The condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, brewpubs, every Thursday farmer's market and evening Sunset Market, Regal movie theater, and small live theaters.
