With three upstairs bedrooms featuring a king, queen, full and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. There is a large open living room and a den with a queen Murphy bed. One full bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Lovely remodeled eat in kitchen with breakfast bar for four and a large dining table. Large deck off the kitchen with propane grill for outdoor dining. Full washer and dryer downstairs as well as two smart TVs.
The house has is located at the end of a long cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and a large yard perfect for kids to play. The nearest public beach is Ellis Landing, 1 mile away. There is a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas available to use.
