Luxurious 3 bedroom home with large pool and spa on an expansive half acre with mountain views. Gourmet kitchen, large living area, barbecue, and an outdoor covered patio. Perfect for up to 6 guests - even your pet! 5 minute walk to El Paseo District for best dining, shops and entertainment. We can arrange for a driver should you desire to make excursions to desert attractions and hiking.
The light filled entry looks out to a beautiful water feature and on to the sparkling pool and back yard. The great room features 2 custom red leather couches overlooking the pool. Next is the dining area that seats 6-8. The gourmet kitchen has a huge center island with sink, granite countertops, all appliances, cookware and well stocked spice drawer. A laundry room is adjacent.
The second great room extends from the kitchen and has a large leather sectional and more seating, a TV with cable and other streaming platforms and a gas fireplace.
The outdoor living room/patio is accessed from the great room/kitchen. It has an overhead fan and comfortable seating for that morning coffee and the evening cocktails. The view is of the large backyard, pool and the mountains. There is total privacy on this 1/2 acre property as it is surrounded by walls and tall hedges. Perfect for your pets. There is a built-in BBQ island and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Large pool and spa. Spa heated. Pool heat upon request and separate fee of $95/day.
The master suite features a King bed, gas fireplace, a library of books and a separate door to the pool and spa. There is a large master bath with large walk in shower/steam. There is a full walk-in closet. The separate toilet room has a doggy door to the outside. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with an extra deep soaking tub and a shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, TV, desk and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

There is WiFi with boosters to have good reception throughout the house. Linens, bath and pool towels are provided. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Garage is closed off and reserved for owner. Semi circular driveway with plenty of parking for 3 cars. No street parking is allowed. Owner reserves one spot on the far right side of driveway.
Central location adjacent to the world famous El Paseo shopping district. 5 minute Walk to center of El Paseo. 20 minute drive to Palm Springs. 15 minute drive to the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens as well as the Polo Grounds, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals.
Local valley wide noise ordinances are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM and no outside music over 60 decibels is allowed.
