The home opens to the light filled open-concept living/dining/kitchen with saltillo tile floors throughout. The living room is designed for comfortable entertaining or relaxing, and the dining room comfortably seats four to six people. The home has a wood-burning Kiva Fireplace. The immaculate kitchen is tastefully appointed with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The master suite features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed that may be open to sleep two. The guest bathroom has a tub & shower combo. Both bathrooms exhibit the same level of tasteful finishes found throughout the house. There is laundry facility in the townhome with a full size washer and dryer. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely outdoor covered patio, with a gas barbecue. The views from the patio feature the Jemez Mountains in the distance and the fabulous Santa Fe sunsets. The outdoor fireplace is wood burning and may be used although we do not provide firewood for either fireplace as it is readily available at the grocery stores. The home also has a separate office work area for remote work; Xfinity Wifi and Comcast TV including streaming services.
