This condo sleeps 4 comfortably, a spacious Master bedroom with a Queen bed and a Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Relax on the balcony of the Master bedroom with comfy patio furniture or enjoy time in the pools or common area patio with tables, chairs and shade umbrellas. Lots of spaces to choose from.
The Kitchen includes a breakfast bar, (4) comfy bar stools, a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave, Coffee maker, dishes, flatware and glasses are include for your use along with lots of cabinet storage if you need it.
We offer complimentary Cable and High Speed Xfinity Internet service in the condo and a key-free number coded door lock, so less chance of losing your condo key. There is an Elevator (great for check-in and check-out) and (3) coin Laundry facilities on property. There are two outdoors showers to rinse off the sand before you jump in the pool or head to the condo.
We have a strict "NO SMOKING" and "NO PETS" policy for our condo, so please be respectful and make alternative arrangements for your pets during your stay.
Landlord DOES NOT supply bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, paper products or miscellaneous toiletries. The cleaning fee is $125 and complies with all CDC guidelines and is included in your rate.
Bus stop is right outside the complex on Coastal Highway and you can ride all day for $5 to/from the Boardwalk or head to Lost Treasure Mini Golf which is right next door.
