The fully-equipped kitchen will have you cooking wonders for your family and friends in no time–it features all the needed appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Once mealtime is over, snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace and turn on the flatscreen TV for an entertaining movie time. Soak your worries away in the private hot tub available.

Additionally, Mountainside offers close access to skiing, biking, fishing, and golfing at Granby Ranch. This charming mountain condo is a short walk to the end of the parking lot to access a green run to ski down to the base area. Mountainside is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area; Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
